We decided to treat ourselves for a lovely breakfast in Olema, a tiny little town off of Highway 1. It’s absolutely charming and teeeeny.
The Olema Inn caught our eye right off the bat. It’s adorable. It’s a restaurant and an inn (breakfast is included in your stay), and they also rent out the place for weddings and special occasions.
We decided to sit on the back patio for breakfast.
The Olema Inn also has inside seating available complete with white table cloths and fresh flowers on every table.
Breakfast was lovely—very fresh and simple but tasty. After breakfast, we told the innkeeper about our travel blog, and she was kind enough to let us take pictures of both the restaurant and some of the rooms upstairs available for rent. All I can say is that when I’m in some serious need of some R&R and would like to go somewhere where I can think and write, I’m heading to the Olema Inn.
The innkeeper was also so kind as to let us pick some of the apples and pears off the trees in the backyard. Yum.
