Navy Pier

The Pros
It’s beautiful, and it allows you a great view of the city of Chicago. There are places to eat along Navy Pier, although, why not go for a Chicago-style pizza, in which case, we would recommend Gino’s Pizza!  There’s a stained glass museum along Navy pier, and for the kids, there’s a carnival with rides (although, once again, they’re expensive).

The Cons
They don’t call it the Windy City for nothin’!  Make sure you bring a jacket!  There’s also quite a bit of walking involved, so if you’re easily tired, there are many places to sit along the way.  There are many harbor cruises, but they tend to be expensive.
